Over 10 years ago, my elder brother was known locally not as a businessman, but as a machine problem solver. He worked in CNC machine repair in southern China, building a reputation for his ability to restore industrial machines with precision and speed.
As I watched him from the sidelines, I often wondered:
What if we offered more than just repair?
What if we built a trusted second-hand CNC machine supply network?
🌍 Where Language Meets Machines
While my brother understood machines, I understood people. Having studied foreign languages and worked with international clients, I knew that communication — real, clear communication — was often missing in global CNC machinery trade.
I speak fluent English and Spanish. I realized that our customers needed more than a good machine — they needed reliable service from a trusted CNC exporter.
So I approached my brother with a proposal:
“You take care of machine quality; I’ll take care of the world.”
And so our company was born — built from trust, family, and shared values.
🏭 From Fixing to Selling: Our Evolution
In the early days, we helped local factories refurbish CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, and tapping centers. Then, instead of just fixing them, we listed them for sale — entering the world of used CNC machine trading.
One day, a client from Vietnam contacted us via WhatsApp, seeking a BT40 CNC vertical machining center. We had just refurbished a Taikan TV1165. I sent him a test video the same day.
Three weeks later, the machine was shipped and installed successfully. Two months later, he ordered two more.
We knew then: we were building something powerful.
